Matt and I finally got a chance to go away last weekend. We went to the
Bavarian Inn in West Virgina. It is a beautiful old Inn, located on the
Potomac River between Maryland and West Virgina. They also have an amazing restaurant with food that is to die for.
We were very excited that we were able to book a room with a fireplace, something we wish our house had.
Everything was great, down to all the little details.
Sunday morning we woke up to a mini blizzard. The snow was really coming down. Here is the view from our balcony. Beautiful!

Like all good things, the weekend had to come to end. It was an interesting drive home with all the snow and ice, but we made it. Ahh, I love nice weekends away!
